Dr. Jane LeClair, COO of Excelsior College’s National Cybersecurity Institute (NCI) is pleased to announce that Terry M. Evans has been appointed an NCI Fellow. The NCI is an academic and research center located in Washington D.C. dedicated to assisting government, industry, military, and academic sectors meet the challenges in cyber security policy, technology and training.
Terry is a business and cyber security consultant with a professional career in various leadership and management positions in both the private and government sectors spanning over twenty years. Terry earned a Master’s of Science in Cyber Security from Excelsior, completing a rigorous program certified to meet the National Security Agency’s Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) Training Standards. Additionally, Terry holds several other degrees including an AS, BS and MBA.
Terry will serve NCI as a liaison and point of contact between NCI and Excelsior cyber security students and alumni. Terry has several upcoming projects including; development of a graduate’s blog, an interactive “Ask the Grad” program and a “Cyber security graduate of the month” spotlight feature in our digital publications. Terry’s history with Excelsior and knowledge of NCI make him a great addition to our NCI family. Please join us in welcoming him to our team!
